The Tennessee Travelers 15 and under team started their summer off on a nice wave finishing 2-1 in a very good pool and leaving the Boo Williams Invitational with a load of confidence.

Craig "The Professor" Bradshaw (Greenbrier) was tremendous the entire weekend according to coaches. His consistent work on both ends of the floor left few wondering about his intensity.

Logan Ramsey (Livingston Academy) had a fine weekend leading the Travs in scoring with 14 in one pool play contest. Matt Shown (Alcoa) had a solid event showing some much improved scoring skills including an 18 point effort.

Jaylen Allen (Science Hill) played well while adapting to his role at point, while Braylen "Vitamin B" Bennett (Carter) and Krys Cates (Cocke County) gave effort on both ends of the floor.

In the 16 and under division the Travs finished 1-2 getting inspired play all weekend from Rico White (Bearden), Jordan Cross (Sullivan East) and Tres Palmer (Powell).

Tyler Hood (Lenoir City) led the 17 and under squad to a 2-1 pool play finish and a 1-1 record in the silver division of bracket action. Kerry Hammonds (Siegel) and Jalen Steele (Fulton) provided consistent scoring the entire weekend and much improved play from rising junior Cedric Williams (Siegel) in the post.

Also singled out for their solid efforts include Dwight Tarwater (Knoxville Webb), Brandon Lopez (North Carolina) and Devin Jackson (Knoxville West).

The Travelers get back on the road next week for a trip to Arkansas and the Old School Classic.
