Middle
Tennessee Christian
School
was simply the
place to be on Saturday morning as a group of the top seniors in the state
participated in the 5th annual Basketball Coaches of Tennessee (BCAT) All-Star
game.

Thrills and spills filled the gym as the West behind some
incredibly balanced scoring placed seven players in double digits and bested
the East 123-115.

Cameron Payne (Lausanne) and Demetrius Dyson (Covington) led the West with 19 apiece. Jonathan Starks (Munford) pitched in
with 18 while Josh Jones (Memphis Central) and Greg
Pryor (Ridgeway)
added 16 and 15 respectively. Daniel Hill (Liberty
Tech) and Desean Dockery (Ridgeway)
closed out the double digits craze with
11 and 10 points.

Jequan Lewis (Dickson County) took game high scoring
honors with 28 for the East squad. Reggie
Upshaw (Baylor)
added 23. Three others from the East achieved the double
digit mark including Jamonte Graham
(Father Ryan)
with 15, Josh Phillips
(PJPII)
