Tigers Add Two From the Volunteer State

Over in Middle Tennessee the Tigers of Tennessee State continue to add pieces for the puzzle.

Staying in-state new coach Dana Ford and his Tiger crew welcome a couple of new additions to the roster from the state of Tennessee.

Staying in the Nashville landscape, the Tigers welcome Tripp Davis (Lighthouse Christian) into the fold. Davis was an outstanding member of the Lighthouse team leading them deep into their respective post-season tournaments each of the past two seasons.

From the opposite end of the state, the Tigers welcome Khalil Spencer (Ridgeway). An all-state and Tennessee Prep Hoops All-Region selection, Spencer has been on the scoring radar since his freshman season.

Undersized but very productive, Spencer uses his strength and sheer will to score inside over much larger foes and has a knack for putting the ball in the hoop.

Spencer and Davis are the 15th and 16th members of the Class of 2015 to pledge D1.

They join fellow Class of 2015 member Jalen Duke (MLK) as future members of the TSU roster.
