Three Tennessee Preps Invited to NBPA Top 100 Camp

June is a time for team camps and scrimmages with coaches and players getting a feel for what they have in store next season.

June is also the time for one of the best events of the summer, the NBPA Top 100 Players Camp.

Last season if you recall, John Jenkins (Station Camp) blew up in front of our eyes leading the camp in scoring and securing himself as a top 100 player.

This year three players get their chance to make that push to the top.

Joe Jackson (White Station) heads the list. The talented guard has been phenomenal on the April circuit and will be pushed to the limit with the amount of talent that has committed to attend this event.

Casey Prather (Jackson Northside) has the opportunity to raise his burgeoning stock even higher. He will have the chance to make huge strides in that arena.

Tarik Black (Ridgeway) will make some heads turn with his dominant play inside. Knowing your role is one of the most underrated skills that coaches covet and Mr. Black knows his role on the hardwood. He will absolutely turn some heads next week.

The camp gets underway next week at the University of Virginia and I will be working the event for the fourth straight year. I will have nightly updates on our crew so stay tuned.
