Adonis Thomas (Melrose), the top ranked player in the Class of 2011 in Tennessee, has been selcted to participate in the "first ever" U16 Developmental National Team under the heading of USA Basketball.
The Developmental National Team will begin training camp in June at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
From there a group of finalists will be selcted to compete in the 2009 U16 FIBA Americas Championship in Mendoza, Argentina.
Congrats to Adonis on this outstanding opportunity.
