The “King” Shows Them the Way

What started out as a blowout got a bit tight in the fourth
and final stanza of the championship game of the Music City Fall League!

"King" Arthur
McMillan (Hillsboro)
dangled 28 points and rising junior star Andre Brown (Clarksville Northwest) added
22 as the Wildcats survived 30 points from Teraes
Clemmons (Mt. Juliet)
and slipped past the Hoyas 100-92.

A blowout till midway thru the final stanza saw some
creative hoopin' by the Hoyas and a Clemmons bucket with 1:32 on the clock cut
the Wildcat lead to 92-88.

Brown then ended all the comeback nonsense with a tough dunk
and the Wildcats captured the crown.

Joining Clemmons in the scoring column for the Hoyas were Dabrell McLemore (Franklin)
with 24 and "So Smooth" Freddie Lee
(Maplewood)
with
22.

Rising junior Justin
Perry (Overton)
added 18 for the Wildcats and Christian Little (McGavock) did a little bit of everything and
finished with 14 points.
