The Hall’s Lead the Pyro to a 3rd Place Finish at State

The East Tennessee Pyro captured third place at the 15 and under AAU state tournament this past weekend.

Jordan Hall (Lenoir City) and Rian Hall (Oak Ridge) scored 14 points and Blake Golden (Knoxville West) added 12 as the Pyro won their initial pool play contest 65-49 over the Clarksville Lakers.

The Pyro caged the South Central Panthers in their second pool play contest behind 20 from Rian Hall and 13 each from Jordan Hall and Camion Patrick (Clinton). Patrick also ripped down 16 rebounds in the win.

The final pool play contest was a hard fought 74-64 defeat at the hands of the Memphis YOMCA. Rian Hall led the scoring with 15 followed closely by Jordan Hall and Rashad Gray (Oak Ridge) with 12 points apiece.

Patrick leads the way with 20 markers as the Pyro put out the Chattanooga Sun in the first of the playoff action. Rian Hall added 19 and Kaseem Davidson (Oak Ridge) chipped in with 12 points.

Moving on in the playoffs the Pyro meet the Memphis Magic but fall in a tough contest 76-70. Jordan Hall leads the scoring brigade with 17 points. Joining him in the scorebook are Patrick with 13 points and Gray with 12.

The third place finish will allow the Pyro to qualify for the 15 and under Nationals later in July
