That tremendous boom you hear my friends is the sound of John Jenkins (Station Camp) simply blowing up. The Vanderbilt commitment finished his four game stint in Vegas averaging around 21 per with high games of 28 and 26 and helped his Tigers finish the event 3-1 falling to a very good California Supreme squad.

The Tigers finished pool play unblemished getting balanced effort throughout the tourney.

A huge game one win featured balanced scoring Jenkins dropped 14, while Tavarres Jefferson (Ensworth) added 13, Hunter Miller (CPA) 12 and Joshua Lee (Maplewood) got 9 points and 12 big caroms.

Game two saw Jenkins explode for 28. He was comlimented by Demonte Simpson (Bearden) with 13 and Gary Pope (Ensworth) with 11.

Finishing off pool play, Jenkins led again with 18 while Jefferson chipped in with 14.

In the bracket game loss, Jenkins netted 26 while Jefferson added 11 of his own.
