Team Nashville Goes 3-2 at Nike EYBL Qualifier

Team Nashville seized an outstanding opportunity and did a wonderful job representing Tennessee finishing 3-2 at the Nike EYBL Qualifier in Indianapolis.

Team Nashville finished 3-1 in their pool losing only to Texas Pro and the nation's second ranked player Isaiah Austin.

Team Nashville was strong in the backcourt behind the play of Corn Elder (Ensworth), Cameron Golden (Ridgeway), Devin Robinson (Ravenwood) and Chris Jones (Braircrest Christian).

Jones took scoring honors in a big pool play win over the GT Stars 85-66 with 17 markers.

Balanced scoring was the mantra for the boys from the Music City as nearly everyone on the roster scored and played a goood deal of minutes.

On the wing and inside Team Nashville got some solid play from Kadarrio Fleming (Ridgeway), Braylen Bennett (Carter), Darius Thompson (Blackman) and Vari Craig (Riverdale).

Isaac Harris (Hunter's Lane), Justin Pride (Alabama), and Petey McClain (Alabama) were lauded by the coaches for their work on the defensive end of the floor; as well, providing some timely buckets throughout the weekend.
