Auburn 80
Vanderbilt 69
Elijah Nije (Ezell-Harding) led a squad of four in double digits with 21 points as Auburn moved to 2-1 on the young season with an 80-69 win over Vanderbilt.
Jaylen Negron (West Creek) added 16, Chris Hillsman (Ezell-Harding) dropped 15 and Montre Boddie (West Creek) closed with 12 in the win.
Will Pruitt (Mt. Juliet) had an outstanding day leading all scorers with 26 markers. Grant Slatten (White County) added 12 in the loss. Vanderbilt stands at 2-1 on the season.
Kentucky 94
Tennessee 87
J.J. Platt (Webb School) blistered the nets for 29 markers as Kentucky got their first win of the season with a 94-87 triumph over Tennessee.
Five other joined the scoring binge with double digits for Kentucky (1-2) including Carrington Allen (Oakland) with 16, Truman Christie-Mizell (Currey Ingram) with 14, William Christie-Mizell (USN) added 12 and Isaiah Poore (Centennial) and Reggie Cooper (Oakland) each closed with 11.
Darrow Parrish (Hillsboro) had a good game for Tennessee (0-3) with 23 points.
Robbie Rusciano (McEwen) scored 16 while Braeden Moore (CPA) and K.J. Johnson (Marshall County) scored 14 each in the tough loss. Damon Fann (Oakland) added 13.
Ohio State 90
Indiana 83
Dusty Williams (Centennial) scored 25 and overcame a monster 51 point effort from rising sophomore Matthew Schneider (Siegel) helping lead Ohio State to a strong 90-83 win over Indiana.
Tre Carlton (Centennial) and D.J. Estes (Fairview) each dropped 23 for the victors.
Cory Stewart (East Nashville) added 12 for Indiana (0-3).
Michigan 85
Florida 68
T.J. Daly (Stewart's Creek) scored 16 leading a group of four in double digits as Michigan captured their first win of the season over a depleted Florida squad to the tune of 85-68.
Caleb Lawrence (Wilson Central) finished with 14, Kai Crawford (Riverdale) added 12 and Cameron Gerlach (Station Camp) closed with 11.
Jaylen Wetzel (Siegel) played very well scoring a game high 26 markers in the loss. Price Trammel (Blackman) added 16 for Florida (2-1).
Michigan State 83
Maryland 78
Dalton Marsh (Red Boiling Springs) put on a show scoring a game high 33 points in a come from behind 83-78 win over Maryland (2-1). The win leaves Michigan State as the only unbeaten team in the league.
Jalen Page (Blackman) had an outstanding game in the narrow defeat with 23 markers.
Derron Perry (Riverdale) and Konata Werts (Summit) each scored 13 in the defeat while Haneef Sharif (Blackman) added 10.
Conall Gorman (USN) pitched in with 12 while Ross Johnson (MBA) and Jacqori Johnson (Blackman) added 10 each in the narrow victory.
