The Knoxville senior had a great week leading his team to a third place finish at the Super 16 tourney at Bearden. Slusher, who goes 6'5, scored 14 in the opening round win against Jefferson County, then notched 25 in the loss to eventual champion Bearden before netting 29 in the semi-final win against Johnson County.
