Ryan Jones (Siegel) has his final prep campaign off to a rousing start leading the Stars to a 9-0 unblemished mark in the early portion of the season.
Jones was again the straw that stirred the drink for Siegel scoring 21 points as the Stars defeated city and district rival Blackman 59-48.
84-79 was the count on Friday against LaVergne where Jones finished with 22 on the night.
For his effort Jones has been named the Middle Tennessee Player of the Week for Week #3.
