Darian Bailey (Knoxville Central) scored 14 as Team Brown started Year 2 with a 57-55 victory over Team Garner.
Jamal Yarbrough (Austin East) led all scorers with 22 despite the narrow defeat. Micah Simpson (Morristown East) added 13 in the loss.
Team Chandler 83
Team Gregory 75
Luke Lentz (Bearden) and Walker Kyle (Bearden) scored 17 and 16 respectively as Team Chandler started out strong with an 83-75 win over Team Gregory.
Jayden Housewright (CAK) took game scoring honors with 18 in the loss. Rayce Boston (Stone Memorial) added 15 while Zach Martin (Knoxville Central) closed with 10.
Team Evers 63
Team Dawson 61
Brandon Winton (Knoxville Webb) dropped a game high 19 as Team Evers moved to 1-0 with a narrow 63-61 win over Team Dawson.
Lane Harrison (Clinton) finished with 13 in the victory. John Tolsma (Knoxville Webb) added 11.
Kris Kendrick (Sevier County) had 16 in the tough defeat. Lukas Walls (Knoxville Webb) added 15 and Danny Stanton (Sevier County) closed with 10.
Team Fleming 71
Team Cate 64
Blue Cain (Knoxville Catholic) dropped a game high 16 as Team Fleming came out the gate strong defeating Team Cain 71-64.
Messiah Ward (Knoxville Central) added 13 and Ben Sompayrac (Knoxville Catholic) finished with 12 in the win.
Jake Poole (Bearden) and Luke Carter (CAK) had 12 each for Team Cate.

Luke Carter (CAK) led five in double digits with 21 as Team Cate (1-1) got into the win column with a 74-63 victory over Team Gregory (0-2)
Wyatt Shomaker (Bearden) and Cade Standifer (Bearden) added 11 points each while Luke West (Scott) and Jake Poole (Bearden) finished with 10.
The win overshadowed a big scoring effort from rising sophomore post Jayden Housewright (CAK) who finished with a league high 27 markers.
Eli Walls (Powell) had his best game of the young season dropping 18.
Team Cate (1-1) takes on Team Evers (1-1) this Thursday while Team Gregory (0-2) looks to get on the winning side of the ledger against unblemished Team Brown (2-0).

Danny Stanton (Sevier County) led a very balanced attack with 14 points as Team Dawson (1-1) got the victory over Team Garner (0-2) 66-58 in Rocky Top D-League action this past Tuesday.
Lane Shipley (Knoxville Webb) finished with 12, Drew Brillhart (Bearden) had 11 and Carter Mayfield (Farragut) and Lukas Walls (Knoxville Webb) each had 10 for the victors.

Team Dawson (1-1) welcomes Moon Division rival Team Fleming (1-1) in next weeks D-League action.
Team Garner (0-2) looks to get back to their winning ways as they tangle with mighty Team Chandler (2-0).

J.J. Faulkner (Karns) had his best game of the season scoring 17 in the win.
Brandon Winton (Knoxville Webb) led Team Evers with 14, John Tolsma (Knoxville Webb) added 13 and Bennett Lane (Knoxville Halls) closed with 12.
Team Brown (2-0) puts their unblemished record on the line against a hungry Team Gregory (0-2), while Team Evers (1-1) looks to bounce back against Team Cate (1-1).

Nick Liakonis (Hardin Valley) and Walker Kyle (Bearden) scored 18 each as Team Chandler bounced to 2-0 on the young season with an impressive 82-60 win over Team Fleming (1-1).
Clint Lamb (South Greene) added 14 in the victory. Emmanuel Atkins (Grainger) had solid overall effort finishing with 11 points.
Blue Cain (Knoxville Catholic) led all scorers with 20 points in the loss. Messiah Ward (Knoxville Central) finished with 18.
