The new star at perennial West Tennessee power Dyer County was nothing short of superb last week. Pierce was named MVP of the Arby's Tournament after dropping 34 points against Russellville (Ky.) and then notched 34 in the title win against McCreary (Ky.). The Choctaws now stand at 12-0 on the young season.
