Picking Up Where They Left Off… Nationals Begin

Picking up right where they left off has been no problem for the YOMCA of Memphis.

Andre Hollins (White Station) exploded for 32 points in the pool play opening win while the team shot a massive 56% from three for the contest. Steve Kasper (ECS) finished with 15 and Nino Johnson (White Station) added 10.

The YOMCA stands at 2-0 with the final game of pool play tomorrow.

Also starting their nationals out on the right foot the Middle Tennessee Magic are off to a 2-0 start as are the Memphis Hawgs. The Memphis Stallions begin at 1-1.

The 17 and under Nationals begin tomorrow with the first games of pool play. Representing for the Volunteer state are the Chattanooga Blaze, Memphis Stallions, Mid-State Ballerz, TGAND Express and the Tennessee Tigers.

We'll have details from the pool games and some of the 16 bracket play as soon as possible. Having fun in Orlando and trying to get a chance to see everyone that I can.
