A small lull in the recruiting cycle seems to have picked up as the regular season races to its conclusion.
Colleges are searching for that hidden gem as most of the bigger named players have decided their next level experience.
Jeremiah Martin (Mitchell) had a huge decision on his hands. The two-time Class A state championship guard had made a pledge to attend Louisiana Tech late in the season but after a sterling state tournament he had another life changing decision on his hands.
Martin, who played in the summer with the powerful Team Thad group, is a slasher with a sic sweet lefty stroke and nasty yet controlled handles.
Then the call all the Memphis kids hope they get came after all.
Josh Pastner, the head man for the Tigers of Memphis, wanted Martin and the rest is history as the 6'3 slashing guard will become a Tiger in the fall.
Martin becomes the 12th player in the Class of 2015 to pledge to D1.
