C.J. Anderson (Arlington) is the next player off the board.
The 8th commitment for the Class of 2014, Anderson parlayed a solid summer playing for the Team Thad juggernaut into a place on a quality D1 roster next fall.
Anderson will take his talents to the University of Massachusetts.
The Minutemen play in the Atlantic 10 Conference and are coached by Derek Kellogg, who has several Memphis ties with his days as an assistant with the Tigers.
Anderson will join Demetrius Dyson, who prepped at Covington last season, as representatives from the Volunteer state on the UMass roster.
Anderson will head back to his original stomping grounds of Arlington High School for his senior campaign.
