Fatodd Lewis (Raleigh Egypt) was one of those players that everyone in Memphis knew about but few outside the city were aware of.
A big time rebounding machine and capable scoring threat, Lewis parlayed a solid senior campaign into a D1 commitment pledging his wares to new coach Heath Schroyer and the Seahawks of Tennessee-Martin.
The Seahawks are a charter member of the Ohio Valley Conference and will be looking to make some noise next season with their new staff and bevy of new faces that will dot the Martin roster.
Lewis, who played last summer with the vaunted Team Thad crew, is the 16th member of the Class of 2014 to go D1.
