The 41st McDonald's All American game took place last night with the West pulling out a hotly contested game 131-128. Our own Darius Garland (Brentwood Academy) didn't have the best game from a shooting perspective but was lauded for his unselfish manner including a game high 11 assist for the East.
Watching this contest got me thinking about the history of this game from a Tennessee perspective so I managed to come up with a list of the 25 players who have received the honor of playing and calling themselves McDonalds All-Americans from the state of Tennessee.
