North Carolina bound senior Leslie McDonald (Briarcrest Christian) was named the repeat winner of the prestigous Mr. basketball award for Class AA DII after the state tourney festivities on Saturday.
McDonald was chosen over his formidible fellow nominees Brendan Connolly (Father Ryan) and Gary Pope 9Ensworth).
In DII Class A, sophomore Bobby Parks (St. George's) was named Mr. Basketball over his compadres Meiko Lyles (USN) and Marlon Brown (Harding Academy).
