The Memphis Magic Elite advanced to the title game of the adidas Super 64 this evening, as of press time the final had been determined.
Joe Jackson (White Station) sank 32 points as the Magic cruised past the Atlanta Celtics 89-78, then added 31 as the Magic displaced D.C. Assault 94-86 to advance to the title game against the New England Playaz.
Jackson has been super spectacular on a spectacular squad. Tarik Black (Ridgeway), Chris Crawford (Sheffield), Jelan Kendrick (Georgia) and Adonis Thomas (Melrose) have played very well and thus the Magic are in the events final game.

Casey Prather (Jackson Northside) wanted to be sure the folks in the Sin City always remeber his name as the ubertalented rising senior dropped 30 in a Sweet 16 win over the Old School Cavaliers then notched 26 as the Celtics slipped by a tough K.C. Pump-n-Run squad 77-76. Austin Hollins (Germantown), who would finish with 11, threw down a dunk with 7 seconds remaining and Prather blocked the ensuing layup attempt for the tough win. Meiko Lyles (USN) added 17 in the win.
The Celtics then ran into their nemesis the D.C. Assault in the round of 8 and despite another solid perfromance from Prather, who finished with 17, could not pull it out and fell 86-58.
Lyles added 12 and Hollins 11 in the loss. Ish Sanders (Cleveland), Cody Henegar (Marion County), and Jay Murphy (Bolivar Central) were sighted for having solid events.
