Tha NBPA Camp came to a conclusion last night and with July peaking around the corner the hoopers of the Volunteer state made quite an impression on the coaches and scouts who attended the event.
Hers an in depth capsule of how the three representatives fared for the entire week.
John Jenkins (Station Camp)
John was phenominal this entire week finishing as the leading scorer in the entire camp at 17.8 per game. He had the two highest individual games with 26 and 24 as well. His scoring outputs for his eight games were 19,20,16,10,26,16,11 and 24.
Leslie McDonald (Braircrest Christian)
Big Les was much more as the camp came to a close. He led his team to the bronze championship and scored 22 in the title game. That outburst was his camp high and one of the best for anyone this entire week. For his 9 game schedule McDonald dropped 2,5,10,11,4,13,14,14 and 22. As you can see he finished very strong.
Jon Hood (Kentucky)
The Nashville Celtics star had a fantastic camp and really proved his worth to the people in attendance. In his eight games Hood scored 5,6,13,13,15,9,0 and 8.
Now with July around the corner I will post some schedules for the teams that will travel the globe in the summer month and also want to remaind everyone that rankings for the summer should be out around the early part of August.
