And the commitments just keep on coming.

Adding to the growing list of players from the underappreciated Class of 2009 we now have 11 D1 commitments with the latest news from the outskirts of Memphis.

Ian Clark (Germantown) becomes the 11th member of the Class of 2009 to give his pledge as the hot shooting swing man chooses to stay in state and head down I40 to Belmont.

The Bruins, who if you recall were right on the verge of sending the vaunted Duke Blue Devils to the house in the NCAA tourney, add another fine shooter to their already burgeoining arsenal.

The Atlantic Sun stalwarts always seem to find those nice big guards who play the Rick Byrd system to perfection.

Clark fits right into this mold.

At 6'4 Clark, who played this past summer with the Memphis YOMCA, has the size to shoot over smaller guards and is creative enough off the bounce to give his defender a potential mismatch problem.

He will be a welcome addition to the Bruin stable this next spring.

Congrats to Ian and now the tough task of tackling the competition in arguably the toughest district in the state for the right to move towards the 'boro.
