Gibson Drops 24 as the East Prevails 101-94 at the 10th Annual BCAT/TACA All Star Contest

The 10th annual BCAT/TACA All Star game got off to a rousing start with some pre-game three point action and some serious slam dunk antics from the boys on the West Squad.

 

 

 

 

 

Once things settled down the game took on a life of its own as both teams traded leads until late when behind 24 points from Trent Gibson (Blackman) the East hit their foul shots and cruised to a 101-94 victory over the West.

 

Every player in the game notched a bucket in the scoring column.

 

The Est was coached by Barry Wortman from Blackman and Jim Fey from East Nashville while the mentors for the West were Arlington head man Don Deaton and White Station head man Jesus Pitino.

 

The East was lead by the aforementioned Gibson with 24. The remainder of the squad scoring went as follows:

Caden Mills (Van Buren County) was selected to the East squad but was unable to play due to injury.
