Devin Sibley (Karns) is playing at high level. The talented junior guard had a monster week scoring 32 points in a district win over Knoxville Halls and closing out the week with a cool 29 in a huge district victory over Oak Ridge. For his efforts Sibley has been chosen as the Tennessee Prep Hoops East Tennessee Player of the Week for Week #8.
