Teams are coming together, the cream is rising to the top as Week #2 of the H3 Sports Rocky Top Fall League got underway at Concord Christian. Lets see how everything went down.

Team Steinmetz 59
Luke Smith (Knoxville Catholic) scored 34 markers and made all the plays that mattered down the stretch as Team Watts got into the win column with a hard fought 60-59 win over Team Steinmetz to start out Week #2 at the H3 Sports Rocky Top High School Fall League.
Nick Rogers (Farragut) pitched in with 20 in the win.
Thomas Carroll (Wartburg Central) had his second straight solid game scoring 17 for the defending champions. Maverick Smith (Oakdale) added 14 while Brantley Baker (Meigs County) tossed in 12.
With the win Team Watts moves to 1-1 and welcomes a determined Team Morton (0-2) to the friendly confines of Concord Christian this Saturday. Meanwhile Team Steinmetz (0-2) looks to get on the winning track as they take on one of the early favorites in Team Coward (2-0).
Team O'Hara 75
Team Carnes 66
Chase Ridenour (Knoxville Webb) and Trey Davis (Fulton) scored 23 and 20 points respectively as Team O'Hara moved to 2-0 with a tough 75-66 victory over an improving Team Carnes. Drew Pember (Bearden) made his Fall League debut a memorable one scoring 16 points in the win.
Team Carnes made marked improvement from their first game behind the inside scoring of rising sophomore Arol Kacoul (Knoxville Christian) who netted a game high 24 and Marco Zaro (Knoxville Christian) who finished with 18. Rising freshman Micah Wilkinson (Pigeon Forge) is stating his case as one of the best shooters in the area with an 18 point performance of his own.
Team O'Hara (2-0) puts their gaudy record on the line against fellow unblemished Team Sharp (2-0) in a huge Stokes Division battle for conference seeding while Team Carnes is poised to get that first win as they battle Team Upchurch (0-2)
Team Sharp 72
Team Arnold 69
Quez Glover (Bearden) dropped 24 points and Kordell Kah (Bearden) added 21 as Team Sharp moved to 2-0 with a tough late 72-69 win over Team Arnold.
Fellow Class of 2019 member C.J. Gettlefinger (Grace Christian) led Team Arnold with 21 points. Connor Arnold (Grace Christian) scored 16 while Isaiah Keeter (Karns) added 15.
Team Sharp (2-0) prepares itself for a Stokes Division battle for the top spot in the conference as they welcome Team O'Hara (2-0) to Concord Christian this Saturday. Team Arnold (0-2) has been right on the doorstep and looks to get over the hump this Saturday as they battle Team Feltner (2-0).
Team Coward 102
Team Matthews 76
Tanner White (Hardin Valley) netted 24 and Grant Ledford (Grace Christian) added 22 as Team Coward lit up the scoreboards besting Team Matthews 102-76. Joining the scoring duo in the books were Trent Stephany (Bearden) and Shamarcus Brown (Bearden) with 12 points each.
Team Matthews placed five players in double digits led by Dante Harris (Alcoa) and Nathaniel Sexton (Stone Memorial) with 15 points each. Austin Brooks (William Blount) added 14, Nick Roberts (Alcoa) with 13 and Brett Newcombe (Stone Memorial) finished with 10.
Team Coward (2-0) is off and running as they welcome Team Steinmetz (0-2) to the private school settings of Concord Christian. Team Matthews (1-1) task gets no easier as they battle Team Lane (2-0)

E.J. Bush (Oak Ridge) led all scorers with 21 points as Team Lane moves to 2-0 with a 76-60 win over a battling Team Morton. Shaquan Gibson (Oak Ridge) added 14 and Taijon Jones (Oak Ridge) finished with 10 in the win.
Trevor Hensley (Unicoi County) led Team Morton with 15 followed closely by Isaiah Benjamin (Cosby) with 13 and Mason Shelton (Dobyns-Bennett) with 10.
Team Lane (2-0) puts their unbeaten streak on the line this Saturday at Concord Christian against Team Matthews (1-1) while Team Morton (0-2) is determined to get into the win column against Team Watts (1-1).

Hunter Reynolds (CAK) notched a game high 21 points as Team Feltner moved to 2-0 with a hard fought 87-79 victory over Team Upchurch. Five players achieved double digits led by Reynolds. Darius Allen (Jefferson County) added 15, Emory Lanier (Knoxville Webb) finished with 12, Ty Brooks (Grainger) dropped 11 and Luke Moeller (Farragut) finished with 10.
Jacob Giles (Maryville) led Team Upchurch with 16. Brandon Davis (Heritage) added 13 in the loss.
Team Feltner (2-0) puts their flawless record on the line this Saturday at Concord Christian against a surging Team Carnes (0-2) while Team Upchurch (0-2) looks to turn things around against Team Arnold (0-2).
