Week #2 for the Tennessee Prep Hoops Nashville Fall League saw another outstanding performance from Belmont commitment Craig Bradshaw and some young guys showing they belong with the big boys.
Wake Forest 69
Duke 63
Brad McClung (Station Camp) scored 20 points leading Wake Forest to a 69-63 victory over Duke in the opening game of Week #2 at the Tennessee Prep Hoops Nashville Fall League. The win moves Wake Forest to 2-0 on the young season.
Joining McClung in the scoring column were Braxton Bonds (CPA) who scored 14 and Micah Farmer (MTCS) who added 13 points.
Austin Gee (Ezell-Harding) took game high scoring honors with 18 points despite the loss which drops Duke to 0-2. Bud Cannon (FRA) and Asa Duvall (Brentwood) finished with 12 points each for Duke.
Clemson 91
North Carolina 78
Brandon Cook (CPA) led four teammates in double digits with 21 points as Clemson moved to 2-0 with a nice 91-78 win over North Carolina.
Cook was joined in the scorebook by Kessler Bell (FRA) with 20 points, Donya Burnett (Riverdale) with 18 markers and Cameron Gordon (Shelbyville) with 15.
Hunter Culp (Camden Central) led North Carolina, who moves to 1-1 on the young season, with 15 points.
Josh Joy (DCA) added 14 while Will Harris (Hume Fogg) and Harrison Brammell (Currey Ingram) finished with 10 points each.
Florida 105
Vanderbilt 70
Parker Howell (CPA) dropped 22 points leading Florida to a big 105-70 win over Vanderbilt. Howell had plenty of help in the scoring department with Easton Cline (Station Camp) adding 16, Caleb Chowbay (Mt. Juliet) had 15 and Jake Clifft (Loretto) pitched in with 10 in the big win, which moves Florida to 1-1 on the young campaign.
Jack ‘The Natural" Montague (Brentwood) finished with 17 points for Vanderbilt who also evened their seasonal record at 1-1. Ethan Fowler (Loretto) added 11 points in the loss.
LSU 97
Kentucky 88
Ben Williams (White's Creek) blasted 28 points and shorthanded LSU moved to 1-1 with a tough 97-88 victory over Kentucky.
Connor Brandon (Wilson Central) and Jacob Saunders (Cheatham County) both scored 20 in the nice victory.
Austin Dole (Harpeth) led Kentucky, who fell to 1-1, with 22 points on the day. Rob Marberry (FRA) added 21 and Josh Erickson (DCA) contributed 20 in the close loss. Micah Davis (CPA) chipped in with 10.
Georgia Tech 105
Tennessee 68
Craig "The Professor" Bradshaw (CPA) dropped a league high 37 points as Georgia Tech moved to 1-1 with a big 105-68 win over Tennessee, who falls to 0-2 on the young season.
Solid scoring balance was key for Georgia Tech as Tom Kaiser (MBA) and Christian Haile (Shelbyville) both netted 16 markers while Will Jennings (Nashville Overton) produced 15.
Billy Hughes (Hunter's Lane) led Tennessee with 23 points in the loss. Jalen Hunter (Goodpasture) and Yalen Reed (Lighthouse Christian) added 11 points each.
