It doesn't get much better than this for Clay Hertel (DCA).
The senior guard had a fantastic week leading DCA to three wins and preserving their state ranking for another week.
He also find time to move into the 1,000 point club for his career and state his case for a Mr. Basketball nomination in DII/Class A.
Hertel was huge scoring 32 in a win over Ezell-Harding, notching 31 in a win over MTCA and closing strong with 29 in victory over the Webb School.
For his efforts Hertel has been named the Middle Tennessee Player of the Week for Week #9.
