It's always nice to have a dream and a goal when you are a teenager.
Chase Dunn (Livingston Academy) had a dream. He wanted to play D1 basketball. At his size people scoffed at him but he knew what he wanted and was focused on accomplishing that goal.
Mission accomplished.
Dunn made it official this weekend committing to play for Coach Mike Sutton and the Golden Eagles of Tennessee Tech.
Dunn, who led his Livingston Academy squad to the state tourney last season, is a fiesty leader who knows how to get everyone involved and can score if the situation call for it. He elected to spend the summer concentrating on his skills rather than playing on the circuit and the decision seems to have helped his state of mind.
The Golden Eagles play in the OVC and will welcome the toughness and competitive nature of the Livingston legend.
Now Dunn can concentrate on leading his troops back into the state tourney so for his region and district foes beware of the "Hog-Eye".
