17 is the number of D1 signees for the under rated Class of 2012.
Richardson will join fellow Class of 2012 member Dee Oldham next season with the Skyhawks.
Tennessee-Martin is coached by Jason James and the Skyhawks play in the Ohio Valley Conference.
Richardson is a solid and strong presence who should see immediate playing time with his college ready build. He can play the point and also be able to provide some scoring if asked to ball off the ball.
