Strike while the iron is hot!
Who is hotter right now in the state of Tennessee than the Bison of Lipscomb.
After an early signing class that included four Tennessee residents, Zavion Williams, Martin Smith, Malcolm Smith and Marvin Williams the Bison have found a few more.
One from the present and one of our favorites from the past.
Stephen Hurt (Siegel) will take his considerable upside to Allen Arena and become a fixture inside for Coach Scott Sanderson.
Hurt has made significant strides in his development each year he played for the Stars. He was a fixture at the state tournament and really turned some heads this past year with his play at the event.
Possessing great hands and feet, Hurt's best basketball is certainly in front of him and as he continues to round into college playing shape he will be a mainstay in the Atlantic Sun for the surging Bison.
Hurt is the 22nd player from the Class of 2011 to pledge D1.
Where are they now?
Well former Glencliff star and Mid-State Ballerz fixture Deonte Alexander concluded his stellar career at East Mississippi Junior College as a NJCAA Honorable Mention All-American and will take his talents to the Bison of Lipscomb
